Product Overview
TG is Sunray's specialized EVA encapsulation interlayer film, engineered for PDLC smart glass lamination. With light transmittance ≥ 90% and haze ≤ 0.5%, TG offers excellent compatibility with PDLC liquid crystal film, ensuring sharp, stable switching between the powered transparent state and unpowered frosted state.
Using a cross-linking process, TG delivers high bond strength with outstanding damp-heat and aging resistance. Shot-bag impact and falling ball impact peeling tests have been passed by authoritative institutions, meeting mandatory standards for architectural safety glass.

Q: What is the difference between TG and standard transparent EVA such as H3?
A: H3 is a standard transparent EVA interlayer for architectural laminated glass. TG is specifically optimized for PDLC smart glass applications. TG offers superior compatibility with PDLC liquid crystal film, ensuring the LC layer switches cleanly between powered and unpowered states without interference from the encapsulant. For projects that do not involve PDLC smart glass, H3 is the appropriate choice.
Q: Is TG-encapsulated smart glass safe if broken?
