Low Temperature Super Transparent Eva Film

TT

TT is Sunray's low-temperature cross-linked EVA interlayer film, engineered for laminated glass projects that require reduced processing temperatures. With a lamination temperature of only 95–105°C — significantly lower than the 130°C required by standard transparent EVA With light transmittance ≥ 90% and haze ≤ 0.5%, TT delivers excellent optical clarity while enabling low-temperature processing, making it the ideal choice for projects where high-temperature lamination is not suitable.

Product Description

We are a modern high-tech enterprise with R&D, production and sales of high transparent EVA film for construction engineering safety glass, colored EVA film for decorative glass and other environmental functional film.

Sunray’s leading products are widely used in building safety glass, decorative safety glass, solar photovoltaic, automotive, municipal engineering, aerospace, chemical industry and other industries, exported to the United States, Italy, Germany, Britain, Japan, Russia, Brazil and other 88 countries.

FAQ

Q: How do I choose between TT and H3?
A: If your project contains heat-sensitive interlayer materials (such as PDLC liquid crystal film), or has low-temperature requirements for processing., choose TT.

Q: Does low-temperature lamination affect bond strength?
A: No. TT maintains adhesion with glass ≥ 95 N/cm — identical to H3 — and has passed all authoritative institution safety tests. Bond strength is not compromised by the lower lamination temperature.

Q: Can I request a sample?
A: Yes. Please contact our sales team to request a TT sample. Technical support and product selection advice are available.
