Product Overview
CGT is a high-transparency cross-linked EVA interlayer film developed by Sunray specifically for architectural laminated safety glass. It achieves light transmittance of ≥ 93% and haze of ≤ 0.1%, making it the ideal choice for architectural projects with strict requirements on glass clarity.
CGT uses a cross-linking process for superior bonding strength, and has passed shot bag impact and steel ball impact peel tests by authoritative institutions, meeting mandatory architectural safety glass standards.

Durability Tests (no water penetration, bubbles, or delamination in all tests):

Anti-aging Test (UV340 lamp, 50°C, 65%RH, 2000 hrs):
- Yellowing Index AYI < 0.5
- Transmittance decrease < 0.3%
Thermal Shock Test (−40°C and 80°C, 50 cycles):
- Yellowing Index AYI < 0.5
- Transmittance decrease < 0.3%
